Welcome to Bamboo Media ("we", "our", "us").
These Terms, Policies, and Pricing explain our service offerings, payment terms, refund policies, and general policies.
By engaging with Bamboo Media’s services, you ("the client", "you", "your") agree to these terms.
1. Pricing Structure
Web Development Services:
Monthly Retainer: R10,000 ZAR per month
Inclusions: Web design, development, hosting, and limited maintenance (as specified per client agreement).
Software Access (Web Application):
Subscription Fee: R1,000 ZAR per month
Access: One user account per subscription.
Restrictions: One device login per account is allowed. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Important:
All services are charged monthly in advance.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required before service activation or continued access to web applications.
Payments are processed through approved third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack).
Non-payment will automatically suspend service and/or access until payment is made.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds are offered once payment has been successfully made and access to services or software has been granted.
By subscribing, you agree to the non-refundable nature of the digital services provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support at bamboomedia1@outlook.com.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds for unused days will be provided.
5. Service Access Policy
Access to software is strictly personal and limited to one device per paid user account.
Any attempts to share access with other individuals or devices without permission may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
Clients agree not to resell, share, or distribute access without written permission from Bamboo Media.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bamboo Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in the month preceding the claim.
8. Amendments
Bamboo Media reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of major changes through email or website updates.
